More Snow and Ice

Attorney Richard Perry sent email to a school about this sidewalk.  It leads to the accessible door. According to Independence First, a Milwaukee disability rights organization, every community has an ordinance for when the snow must be cleared.  It's usually within 24 hours after the snowfall ends.  The ordinance applies to sidewalks and curb cuts owned by private individuals, businesses and  governments. The touch plate to open the accessible door did not work.  Then, if you managed to get in the door, the hallway is half-blocked with an AV cart!  Three clear messages:  "You are not welcome here" Richard is passionate about insuring handicap access.  He succeeds and educates about the Americans with Disabilities Act.  The law guarantees inclusion. As I look out the window now, the snow is falling.  That means the plows will be out working to clear the snow from streets and parking lots.Will the handicap spaces in the parking lots be plowed?  Will those spaces be full of the excess...
